Quick troubleshooting for common streaming, sign-in, WiFi, and YouTube broadcast issues.
Cannot sign in
Confirm your device has internet access, try again with the correct Google account, and make sure you approve the requested YouTube permissions.
YouTube broadcast will not create
Make sure your YouTube channel is allowed to live stream and that the Google account you selected has permission to manage the channel.
Stream quality issues
Check venue upload speed, move closer to the access point when possible, and test before warmups or practice starts.
WiFi issues
Remove and re-add the venue network if the password changed. Confirm the venue does not require a browser login screen.
